Internet Specialist
CBIT is now hiring a full-time employee who has a passion for the Internet as well as understanding the importance of customer relationships and satisfaction.
We are looking for a reliable, self motivated, hardworking person for a full time position as Web Site Management and Internet Sales Persons.
Day to Day Duties
• First point of call for all Help Desk related calls.
• Providing troubleshooting assistance to customers over the phone.
• Provide Sales information for customers enquiring about our Broadband Products.
Skills
• Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving of technical issues
• Basic networking Knowledge
• Relevant industry qualifications would be beneficial but not essential.
Qualities
• Present professionally at all times
• Posses excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service focus
• Demonstrated time management skills
• Energetic and positive in their approach
This position would be ideal for new graduates or anyone with relevant experience that is looking to break into the IT field.
